3. I just completed the visitor survey to get the “Emotional Branding: How to capture the heart and mind of the Hispanic consumer” audio recording and it seems to be taking me in circles. Can you please confirm that my survey was submitted and I will be receiving a free copy of that audio recording? How and when will I receive it? Thanks.

8. Hello Ferdinand and thanks for your interest. In order to receive the download files you must complete the survey. Once we receive the information and process it (manually due to blam attacks) you will receive the files by email with download instructions.
