San Francisco, July 25, 2012—Tasman Consulting, a San Francisco-based HR M&A strategy firm, as advisor to LinkedIn Corporation (NYSE: LNKD), the world's largest professional network on the Internet with 161 million members, has completed the U.S. market human capital integration component of LinkedIn’s recently announced US$118.75M acquisition of SlideShare, a leading professional content sharing community.
Tasman’s role involved the full range of HR Integration planning, from due diligence and creation of a tailored integration plan to HR Integration Execution responsibilities- such as ongoing project management, employee communications, HR data management, leveling/titling, offer letter creation, managing transition of benefits, compensation and perks, and partnering with cross functional teams, specifically communications, finance, legal, stock, facilities and IT.
