
Ginger Blazier, Vice President, Business Development, Directions In Research
Ginger has over fifteen years of proven market research management experience, working with top national firms throughout her career history, specializing in the areas of healthcare, finance, IT, social research, and multiple facets of consumer and executive research.
Ginger is currently working at Directions In Research, a market research company in San Diego, which was established in 1985. Ginger began in the field operations department in the capacity of Field Director and VP of Operations, where she designed and instituted comprehensive quality control procedures and monitoring initiatives that created comprehensive company-wide improvements. Currently, as VP of Business Development, Ginger is responsible for marketing and business development for the company, which includes overseeing a multitude of research projects with consumers, business executives, and healthcare professionals. Her current responsibilities range from developing new client relationships and continuing current client relations to overseeing the company’s field research staff.
Martha E. Galindo, president and CEO, Galindo Publicidad Inc.
Martha is a native of Mexico with more than 20 years of experience. She has experience in marketing, organizational development and international customer service with companies in the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Chile.
Martha is the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding achievement in international trade, marketing, communications, and entrepreneurship. Her company was selected twice as a Florida 100 company by the University of Florida, a top honor recognizing rapidly growing, privately owned companies in the state of Florida.
A certified translator, Martha is a member of professional and community organizations such as the Coral Springs Rotary Club, American Translators Association. She is vice president of the Florida Chapter of the American Translators Association, board member of the Coral Springs International Partnerships, and Member of the National LEP Advocacy Task Force, a group of stakeholders who support anti discrimination laws on the basis of national origin because of language and cultural differences.
She earned a Master of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.

Judith (Judy) T. Phair is vice president of communications for the Graduate Management Admission Council, an association of 154 top graduate business schools around the world and the owner of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). She leads the Council’s worldwide strategic communications planning and oversees all marketing, advertising, media relations, and print and electronic communications activities.
Before joining the Council in September 2006, Judy was president of PhairAdvantage Communications, a Washington, DC-area public relations and marketing consulting firm with a special focus on education and nonprofit associations. A public relations executive with extensive experience in marketing, media relations, fund raising, legislative relations, and communications, Judy has served as vice president for public affairs at the Council on Competitiveness, a nonpartisan, nonprofit association of corporate chief executives, university presidents, and labor leaders; vice president for institutional advancement at the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute; assistant dean of external relations at Johns Hopkins University; and vice president for public relations at Goucher College. Beginning her career as a newspaper reporter, she has also held public relations positions at the University of Michigan, University of Cincinnati, and PHH Group.
