		<description>The balance between integration into a different society and maintaining your identity is an extremely delicate one.  On the one hand, there is pride in who you are.  On the other hand there is survival.  Which is why I personally feel fortunate to be in a country like the US whose society is by definition multi-cultural and where Hispanic culture is definitely appreciated and flourishes.  </description>
